Our new generous hosts were Corinne's daughters, Aureline (far right) and Laura. Upon our arrival, they prepared a lunch for us of salad, bread, and a delicious cheese platter. Mom's goal was to eat cheese at least once a day, and we're off to a pretty good start.
We went up to wineyards and had a beautiful view of the lake. We walked around a bit as it began to sprinkle, and then we headed over to a nearby restaurant that Laura recommended.
The restaurant, called 'Le Deck', is near the top of the mountain, and has an open view of the lake. The seating area is enclosed in short, glass windows, which allow a panoramic look at Lake Geneva.
Then we introduced Laura and Auraline to Geocaching. Corrine went with us the last time she visited, and had told the girls all about it. Now we were able to show them what it was!
